RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are dedicated to making sure you are happy with any products you have ordered from us. However, here's what to do if you face any issue with the product.

  • The pictures displayed on our website are of original products. The precise color or texture of the finished item may slightly differ from what is visible on screen due to variations in color monitors/screens and lighting utilized during photoshoots.
  • All products are MADE TO ORDER, and new product is made to provide replacement.
  • Replacements / refunds can be claimed within 15 days from delivery.
  • Replacements are made with same product that was originally ordered. If customer requests alternate product, there may be extra charges.
  • Items bought during sales and promotions are returnable / refundable after deducting delivery charges of PKR 300. The delivery charges may vary based on number of products ordered.
  • Refunds shall be made in the form of store credit only and no cash refunds shall be made.
  • Please note that returns due to size is accepted only if the product delivered is of different size from the product ordered. For example, if customer ordered size 7 and the product delivered is of size 8 we will send you free replacement. However, if customer ordered size 7 and product delivered is of size 7, we offer replacement with delivery charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

RETURN AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

  • We allow our customers to check products at the time of delivery and pay only after checking the product. If product is returned at the time of delivery due to error in size or any defect in product, no charge is made, and we offer to send free replacement. 

RETURN OR REFUND AFTER DELIVERY

  • We encourage our customers to check products at the time of delivery. If product is returned after delivery and payment is made by the customer due to error in size or defect in product, we may charge delivery fee of PKR 300 to the customer. The delivery charges may vary based on number of products ordered.
  • Where a customer requests refund, refund shall be made upon return of products to Yourscouture. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not and shipping charges shall be paid by the customer. Refunds may take up to 15 days to be processed.
  • Refunds shall be made in the form of store credit only and no cash refunds shall be made.
